6. Cover and let cure: Place the mold on a level surface, cover loosely with a box to keep dust away. Working time / pot life is approximately 25–30 minutes at 25°C. Touch-dry curing time is 24 hours; full curing time is 48–72 hours at room temperature. Maximum hardness develops over 7 days.
7. Demold and finish: Once fully cured, flex the silicone mold gently and push from the back — the piece releases cleanly. Sand any rough edges with 400-grit wet-and-dry sandpaper and finish with resin polish for a glossy finish.
