Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days; custom/made-to-order items take 3–5 business days to make before dispatch.

Delivery: Same-day in Jammu on orders before 2 PM. 7 business days pan-India after dispatch.

Shipping charges: Free on orders above ₹2,599. Below that, calculated at checkout.

Tracking is shared via WhatsApp and SMS once your order ships. If your item arrives damaged, record an unboxing video and share it on WhatsApp within 24 hours for a free replacement.
