What Is a Flower Bracelet Bezel?
The Flower Bracelet Bezel from THE CRAFT STATION MOLDS is an open-back, flower-shaped metal frame that doubles as both your mould and your finished jewellery setting. Unlike silicone moulds that require demolding, this bezel stays permanently on the piece — fill it, cure it, and it's done. The petal-edged silhouette gives resin bracelets a romantic, botanical feel that appeals to everyone from festival jewellery buyers to Haldi and wedding gifting customers.
No separate mould needed. No demolding. No finishing. Just fill, cure, and wear. This is one of the fastest ways to create sellable resin jewellery — ideal for artists building a product line, jewellery workshop instructors, and beginners who want a gorgeous result on their very first try.
Compatible Resin Materials
The Flower Bracelet Bezel works with a variety of resin and craft materials:
- UV Resin (recommended for beginners) — single-component, no measuring required, cures under a 36W+ UV lamp in 2–5 minutes, max layer depth 3–4mm; wipe the oxygen-inhibition layer with IPA after cure for a tack-free finish.
- Epoxy Resin 3:1 (Part A : Part B by volume) — ideal for multi-layer designs, inclusions, and complex colour work; cure time 24–48 hours at room temperature.
Compatible pigments and inclusions: alcohol ink, resin pigment paste, mica powder, holographic glitter, pressed dried flowers, crystal beads, foil flakes, and glow-in-the-dark powder. Browse the full range of pigments and inclusions at THE CRAFT STATION MOLDS – Colour Pigments.
How to Fill Your Flower Bracelet Bezel – Step-by-Step
- Seal the open back — Place the bezel face-down on a flat surface and cover the back opening with clear packing tape, pressed firmly to the edges so no resin leaks through.
- Mix your resin — For UV resin, dispense directly from the bottle. For epoxy, mix at a 3:1 ratio (Part A : Part B by volume) and stir slowly for 3–4 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the cup.
- Fill and decorate — Pour a thin base layer of resin into the bezel cup. Add your chosen pigments, glitter, or pressed flowers. Use a toothpick or skewer to create swirls, petals, or galaxy effects. For embedded inclusions (flowers, beads), pour a 2–3mm base layer, wait 20–40 minutes until the resin is thick but not set, then position your inclusion with tweezers and pour a thin encapsulation layer over it.
- Remove bubbles — Pass a heat gun or craft torch in slow, sweeping motions 10–15cm above the surface for 2–3 seconds. Do not linger — overheating warps the metal and causes yellowing.
- Cure — For UV resin: cure under a 36W UV lamp for 2–5 minutes per layer; wipe with IPA after the final cure. For epoxy: allow 24–48 hours undisturbed at room temperature on a level surface.
- Finish — Peel the packing tape from the back. Sand any rough edges with 800-grit wet sandpaper if needed, then buff to a shine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a silicone mould to use this bezel?
No — the Flower Bracelet Bezel is the mould. The open-back metal frame holds the resin while it cures. Just seal the back with packing tape, fill with resin, cure, and you're done. No demolding step required.
Which resin is better — UV resin or epoxy?
UV resin is ideal for beginners: no mixing ratio to measure, cures in 2–5 minutes per thin layer, and gives a clear, hard finish. Epoxy resin (3:1 ratio) is better for multi-layer designs, complex colour work, or embedding larger inclusions — it has a longer working time and cures clear over 24–48 hours. Both work beautifully in this bezel.
How do I prevent resin from leaking through the back?
Press clear packing tape firmly across the entire open back of the bezel before filling. Run your fingernail along the tape edge to seal any gaps at the metal frame. Remove the tape cleanly after full cure.
Can I embed pressed flowers in this bezel?
Yes. Use the partial-gel embedding technique: pour a 2–3mm base layer, wait 20–40 minutes until the resin is thick and honey-like (but not set), position your dried flower face-down using tweezers, then pour a thin encapsulation layer over it. This suspends the flower at the right depth without floating. Browse our Dry Flowers collection for pressed daisies, yellow flowers, and botanical mixes.
How do I remove bubbles from the resin surface?
Pass a heat gun or craft torch in a slow, sweeping motion 10–15cm above the surface for 2–3 seconds immediately after pouring. Keep the tool moving — lingering in one spot warps the metal frame and can cause yellowing. Alternatively, exhale gently over the surface: the CO₂ in your breath pops surface bubbles.
Can I sell bracelets I make with this bezel?
Yes. You own the bracelets you create. Many of our customers use these bezels to build Etsy shops, sell at craft markets, or offer at jewellery-making workshops. A single bezel at ₹70 + ₹30–40 in resin and pigment can yield a bracelet that sells for ₹300–600 — a strong margin for home-based artists.
Is this available for bulk / wholesale orders?
Yes. THE CRAFT STATION MOLDS offers bulk pricing for workshops, craft kits, and B2B orders. Contact us on WhatsApp for pricing on quantities of 10+ units.
