What Are Acrylic Roman Numeral Clock Numbers?
The Acrylic Roman Numeral Clock Numbers from THE CRAFT STATION MOLDS are a set of 12 pre-cut acrylic numerals (I through XII) designed to be embedded in or affixed to handmade resin clock faces, MDF clock blanks, teak wood clock panels, and DIY wall clocks. Available in three elegant finishes — Rose Gold, Silver, and Golden — and in nine sizes from 4" to 20", they allow you to create professional, gallery-quality clock faces that rival studio-made products at a fraction of the cost.
Whether you're making a geode resin wall clock, a marble-effect epoxy clock for a wedding gift, or a rustic teak wood clock for home décor, these acrylic Roman numerals give you the crisp, elegant character that distinguishes a premium handmade clock from a basic craft project. Pair with the 9 Inch Flower Clock Mold or any resin clock mold in our collection for a complete, sale-ready clock project.
Variants Available
Choose your preferred finish and size from the dropdown. Each set contains all 12 Roman numerals (I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII):

Size guide: choose numeral set size closest to (but not larger than) your clock's outer diameter. For a 9-inch resin clock mold, the 8" numeral set fits within the face cleanly.
Compatible Clock Making Applications
- Epoxy resin clocks — embed numerals in wet resin at partial-gel stage (20–40 minutes) or adhere with resin glue after cure; numerals face up through the translucent resin surface
- MDF clock blanks — affix with strong craft glue (E6000 or two-part epoxy adhesive); paint or decoupage the MDF face first
- Teak wood clock panels — adhere with wood glue or strong craft adhesive; pairs with our Teak Wood Frames for a live-edge wood + resin + acrylic numeral combination
- Geode or agate resin clocks — position numerals around the perimeter or embed them partially into the curing resin for a floating effect
- Plaster or concrete clock faces — press into partially set plaster or adhere after cure
How to Use Acrylic Roman Numerals on a Resin Clock – Step-by-Step
- Make your clock face — Pour epoxy resin (3:1 ratio, Part A : Part B by volume) into your clock mold. Add geode pigments, alcohol ink swirls, or marble effects. Allow to cure 24–48 hours.
- Drill the centre hole — Using a 6–8mm drill bit, create the centre hole for the clock mechanism shaft. Drill slowly with water cooling to avoid cracking the resin.
- Plan numeral placement — Before adhering, lay the 12 numerals around the clock face at equal intervals (every 30°). Use a clock template or a printed clock face guide to check spacing.
- Adhere numerals — Apply a small dot of E6000 craft glue or two-part epoxy adhesive to the back of each numeral. Press firmly onto the resin surface. Allow 24 hours to cure fully.
- Install the clock mechanism — Thread the shaft through the centre hole. Fit the hour, minute, and second hands. Insert an AA battery and set the time.
- Hang and display — A standard AA-battery quartz clock mechanism is not included; purchase separately from any stationery or clock supply shop.
Note: The clock mechanism is NOT included. A standard quartz clock mechanism with AA battery and shaft length 15–25mm is required, available at most stationery and craft shops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the clock mechanism included?
No — only the acrylic Roman numeral set is included. A standard AA-battery quartz clock mechanism (shaft length 15–25mm, 6–8mm diameter) is required and available at most stationery, hardware, or clock supply shops. For online ordering, search "quartz clock mechanism India" on any marketplace.
How do I choose the right numeral size for my clock?
Select a numeral size equal to or slightly smaller than your clock's outer diameter. For a 9-inch resin clock: use the 8" set. For a 12-inch clock: use the 10" or 12" set depending on how close to the edge you want the numerals. The size refers to the diameter of the clock face the numerals are proportioned to fit, not the numeral height.
How do I affix numerals to cured epoxy resin?
Apply a small dot of E6000 craft glue or clear two-part epoxy adhesive to the back of each numeral. Press firmly and hold for 30–60 seconds. Allow 24 hours for full cure before handling. For a flush, embedded look, press numerals into the resin surface at the partial-gel stage (20–40 minutes after mixing) so they sit level with the surface after full cure.
Can I embed the numerals inside the resin (not on top)?
Yes — press the numerals face-down onto a flat plastic sheet, pour resin over them, then flip the cured piece to reveal them embedded beneath the surface. Alternatively, place the numerals face-up in the mold before pouring resin, so the resin fills in around them and holds them in place.
Which finish pairs best with which resin colour?
Rose gold pairs beautifully with blush pink, peach, and soft geode tones. Silver works best on deep blue, black, or cool marble resin. Golden complements warm earthy tones, amber, orange, and neutral marble effects. All three finishes work on white or translucent resin.
Are these numerals available for bulk purchase for workshops?
Yes — with 157 units in stock across all variants, bulk workshop orders are welcome. Contact us on WhatsApp for bulk pricing on 10+ sets.

@tcsmolds/How to Use
Wash with mild soap and warm water before first use. Dry completely.
Optional but recommended — thin coat of mold release spray for easy demolding.
Combine resin and hardener in the correct 3:1 ratio. Stir slowly for 3–4 minutes.
Pour slowly to avoid bubbles. Use a heat gun to pop surface bubbles. Let cure 24–48 hrs.
Gently flex the mold to release. Sand edges if needed. Polish with resin polish for mirror finish.
